This app helps you to challenge your parking fines and penalties. You can review, translate and write a final statement for your uploaded fine. It helps you find the right solution to get out of the case easily.

Problem Statement:

Many drivers struggle to find clear information about what to do after receiving a parking penalty slip, and the information available is often scattered or written in complex legal language. Customers also sometimes find it difficult to dispute a fine or understand their rights. There is no good site with information or help when you get a penalty slip.

Goal:

We aim to make dealing with fines fairer and less overwhelming. The app guides you through each step, from understanding your ticket to creating and submitting an appeal. With smart tools like automatic translation and ready-made drafts, it reduces stress and ensures everyone has a fair chance to contest.

Wireframes:

I created wireframes to map the user flow for managing and disputing parking tickets. They focus on a clear, trustworthy platform, simplified dispute forms, and step-by-step guidance to make the process intuitive and reduce user stress.

Design System :

The app’s design system provides a clear, user-friendly experience, guiding users through reviewing, translating, and submitting fines. It ensures consistency in colors, typography, and components, while easily handling large amounts of text and helping users find the best solution efficiently.

Learning:

Through this project, i learned the importance of deeply understanding user frustrations and designing features that directly tackle those issues. Simplification, transparency, and timely communication proved to be key in building trust and usability. Additionally, small touches, like visual evidence and document upload checklists, makes a significant difference in perceived value and user satisfaction. Designing around real-world pain points, rather than assumed ones, was essential to creating a meaningful and effective product.
